The Arts

Music, Art and Drama work in tandem with the sports programme to broaden and enhance the academic curriculum. The art room is a hive of activity and the boys work in a range of styles and media from Year 2 upwards. Examples of their work are regularly exhibited around the school. In Reception and Year 1 creative work is carried out in the classroom under the watchful eye of the form teacher.

Each year sees a number of dramatic productions, and all Reception boys have the opportunity to perform in their own Christmas production.

Music is an important part of school life and boys in Reception will have a lesson with our Head of Music each week.
