What happens in Years 7 & 8 ?
As a school, Keble is strongly committed to its 13+ tradition. A tradition that values a broad curriculum, both inside and outside the classroom. The boys staying on in Years 7 & 8 make an active contribution towards the school, gaining new skills as they act as role models for the younger boys.
Years 7 and 8 really allow the boys to gain that extra level of academic and personal maturity and the Common Entrance examination course followed pushes all boys to a very high level. Boys leave us confident in who they are and ready for the challenges of a bigger senior school. Senior schools often comment on the maturity that Keble boys display and their ability to get involved in so many areas of school life. The reason here at Keble we value our 13+ tradition.
